I was nice weather today so I took advantage of it and did an exploratory hike of Wilderness Park and Camassia Natural Area in West Linn. The hike was only three and half miles long but it had a lot of twist and turns and side trail to explore so it took some time. The Canassia area is noted for it’s camas meadows that were still a few weeks away before full bloom. I will need to see if I can get back there then to see the fields for flowers.
