We got out New Year day for a snowshoe up White River Canyon. Wonderful weather for snowshoeing. Sunny, clear and warmer then forecast. This time out it was with Lori, Jeanette and Audrey. We took it easy and enjoyed the scenery. This was just four miles and about 600 ft. gain. On the way back we found a trail had been put in along the ridge. This gave us a new view of the mountain and we were able to miss the mob of sledders. A great way to start the New Year.
