The flowers were in bloom on Silver Star so we went out to see them. The forecast was different then the weather we found. So we were fogged in and wet from drizzle. No views but we did see some flowers that were right by the trail. Not the hike we had hoped for or what we had the last couple of years. We tried to make up for it at a new pub with good beer, good food and good friends to enjoy it with.
