Lori and I got out for a snow hike today. Clear, cold weather was perfect. Not enough snow to need snowshoes but we carried them along just in case. It looked like the area had gotten about a foot of snow. The trail was well packed but not icy so it made for easy travel. We view this as a shake down cruise and found a number of items we should have brought and how to be out in the snow again. Now if we just get a good dump of snow that stays around a while we can actually use our snowshoes.
After our hike we tried a new place in Sandy featuring BBQ and Craft Beers.
