We got out Sunday for a snowshoe up White River on Mt. Hood to the Overlook. We returned running the ridge back.

Not many cars in the lot yet. We returned late enough this time there were even fewer.

In the area the trail is well packed down by all of the sledders.
Folks split at this point and this is the low route.
I always take the top route with the overlook view.
