Lori and I got out for a short hike through Tryon Creek State Natural Area and River View Natural Area. We also took a look at the trail access to Marshall Park. According to Mr. GPS we did 8.3 mile and about 1300 total elevation gain. We decide we burned enough calories we could go to Stepping Stone Cafe’ for a late breakfast.
