We went out looking for wildflower blooms this time and we found them at Memaloose in the Columbia River Gorge. This area has several micro climates that hit peak bloom at different times so you have several weeks in the Spring to enjoy one of areas in peak bloom. We did a three mile lollipop and found a good flower show. Weather was over cast so no views of Mt. Hood but it kept the area at a nice temperature. Afterward we went to Thunder Island Brewing in Cascade Locks for lunch.
