So we were back at the Penstock Flume Pipeline trail, this time to show Jeanette and Sylvia this unique historic trail. Some of the structures are a 100 years old and around these parts that’s old. This was a short out and back at about 3.2 miles. After this we went to one of a lavender farms in the valley that Lori has been wanting to visit. After our visit we had planned a hike up to Lookout Mt. but after a few flashes of lighting we decide this would not be safe to do. So we headed off to Solera Brewery for a lunch of burrito and beer. We had a little light rain while sitting out side but it was worth it for the view of Mt. Hood.
