I got out for an exploratory hike I have wanted to do for a long time. Normally I have come to this Washington State Park to do a conditioning hike of Hamilton Mt. but I have always wondered about the other trails that lace through the park. So today was my chance to check out a few of them. Mostly this consisted of hiking old logging roads. So it was interesting to find out but no hidden gem on these back roads. I was on the trail for six hour and almost froze my fingers off at the saddle behind Hamilton Mt. So wind and cold but happily no rain until I got back to the car.
