We were having a heatwave in Portland but luckily one of group was spending the month in a retail house on the coast so we decided to do our walk and beer garden at her place. We had ideal weather for a walk on the beach and a stroll back on the Seaside Promenade. The back deck of the beach house was perfect for enjoying the ocean view and sampling barreled age stouts and barley wines.
