This time I made it pass Nehalem Divide and all the way to the bad gravel road. I found more Information signs and some new road conditions. I did not know about the gas and coal that was in the area. Surprising what you can learn on a bike ride. The last couple of miles of the trail is climbing over a mountain on fresh 1 to 1 1/2 gravel that my bike’s 2″ wide tires do not do well on. So after riding a short way on this I turned around.  The numbers: 4 3/4 hours, 31 miles and just under 2000 ft. gain.
