A second hike for this day was a fill in hike. This is a hike I have not done and I have seen others do. From what I had seen it was not a very scenic hike and it did not disappoint. It starts out with a couple of miles of flat on the PCT. Then it turns upwards for 12 switch backs and 1100 ft. gain. You get a bit of a view at a rock out crop near the summit. I found the foundation blocks of a lookout tower on top. That answers the question of why there is trail to the top of this hill. Round trip was about 6 miles.
